H.E. Bader bin Abdulrahman Alkadi

His Excellency serves as the Vice Minister of Sport, a position he has held since his appointment by royal decree in September 2021, following his earlier role as advisor to the Minister of Sport. Commencing his career at HSBC in London within the Global Corporate & Institutional Banking division, he later held leadership roles at Procter & Gamble and served as Group CEO of United Matbouli Group – Samsung. Alongside His Excellency’s role as Vice Minister of Sport, he serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at SURJ Sports Investment, while also holding memberships on key national boards and committees, including the Quality-of-Life Program, Saudi Red Sea Authority, National Curriculum Center, Saudi Tourism Authority, Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property, and Events Investment Fund. His Excellency holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the College of Business at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, majoring in finance, and holds a master’s degree in Sports Management & Entertainment from Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE) in Spain.
